Prem Kumar, marking a significant milestone in Kerala's rapidly growing exhibitions and events industry.

Designed to become a premier destination for corporate events, MICE tourism, business conferences, trade expos, live entertainment, and international exhibitions, Igniva Cochin Trade Centre combines modern infrastructure, strategic accessibility, and flexible event spaces capable of hosting events of every scale. The evening was designed to showcase the limitless possibilities of Igniva Cochin Trade Centre as a destination for world-class events. Guests experienced elegant venue styling, architectural lighting, immersive branding, sophisticated stage production, premium audiovisual presentations, and curated hospitality that demonstrated how the expansive venue could be transformed for exhibitions, corporate events, luxury weddings, concerts, and international conventions.

The official inauguration by T.J. Vinod MLA and R. Prem Kumar marked the ceremonial opening of the venue, while the evening was elevated by captivating performances from prominent Malayalam playback singers, creating an energetic entertainment experience that perfectly complemented the grandeur of the occasion. The combination of live music, premium production, and world-class hospitality highlighted Igniva's capability to host large-scale concerts and cultural performances alongside corporate and business events.

Our Role at the Event

SHOWRIDER was proud to serve as the official Event Management, Event Production, Artist Management, Coordination, and Media Production Partner for the Igniva Cochin Trade Centre Soft Launch, delivering a premium launch experience from concept to completion.

Our involvement began with creative conceptualization, production planning, technical coordination, guest experience design, and show flow development. Our team managed stage production, fabrication, lighting design, sound engineering, LED and audiovisual integration, branding installations, hospitality management, logistics, protocol coordination, VIP handling, backstage operations, artist coordination, and complete on-ground event execution, ensuring every aspect of the event reflected the scale and prestige of the new venue.

As part of the evening's entertainment, SHOWRIDER curated and coordinated performances by prominent Malayalam playback singers, overseeing artist booking, hospitality, technical requirements, backstage operations, performance scheduling, and live show management. These performances added a vibrant cultural dimension to the launch while showcasing Igniva Cochin Trade Centre as an ideal venue for concerts, entertainment events, and large-scale live productions.

In addition to the live event execution, SHOWRIDER managed comprehensive media production, including professional photography, cinematic videography, event documentation, highlight films, social media content creation, and post-event digital storytelling that extended the reach and impact of the launch across digital platforms.
