The TVS Annual Conference 2026 was a landmark three-day residential gathering of TVS's service sales team bringing together 300 to 500 of the organisation's key performers, regional leaders, and business heads at the Grand Hyatt Bolgatty, Kochi from March 25 to 27, 2026. Designed as a strategic offsite and annual business conference, the event combined a full corporate agenda, year-end business reviews, performance assessments, regional presentations, leadership addresses, and next-year planning sessions with an immersive Kerala experience that gave the team three days of genuine rejuvenation alongside their professional commitments.

Showrider Entertainment was entrusted with the complete production and experience design of the TVS Annual Conference 2026 managing every element from pre-event coordination and stage production to cultural programming and hospitality curation. As strategic and cultural partners, Showrider's role was to understand exactly what TVS needed from this three-day gathering and build an environment where business clarity and team experience could coexist seamlessly.

Highlights & Experience

The three-day conference programme was structured to move between business intensity and experiential recovery, the kind of rhythm that only a well-designed residential offsite can achieve. The corporate sessions covered performance reviews, strategic planning workshops, product and service deep-dives, team alignment sessions, and leadership keynotes all produced on a stage built to reflect the scale and ambition of the TVS brand. Recognition moments, award ceremonies, and team felicitations were woven into the programme to ensure that every attendee felt seen and valued by the organisation.

Beyond the boardroom, Showrider curated a Kerala experience that became the soul of the conference. A traditional Kerala Sadya brought the team together over one of the most iconic communal dining experiences in India. Snake boat racing on the Bolgatty backwaters gave 300 to 500 professionals an afternoon of raw, unscripted energy. Classical Kerala art forms and live cultural performances brought the richness of the land to life ensuring that the TVS team didn't just attend a conference in Kerala, they experienced Kerala. Our Role at the Event

Showrider Entertainment served as the official event production and cultural experience partner for the TVS Annual Conference 2026 managing the full scope of the three-day residential programme at Grand Hyatt Bolgatty, Kochi. From stage design, AV production, lighting, and sound to conference logistics, programme flow management, cultural coordination, and hospitality curation every element of the event was planned, coordinated, and executed by Showrider's team with the precision that a 300 to 500 person corporate residential demands.
