UST's Christmas celebration at its Trivandrum campus brought employees together for a festive institutional gathering built around the spirit of the season, shared experiences, music, entertainment, and celebration. Known within the UST community as a vibrant year-end occasion, the event transformed the campus into a festive environment where employees could step away from their everyday workspaces and celebrate Christmas together as one community.

The celebration reflected UST's strong employee culture and its tradition of creating large-scale internal experiences that encourage connection beyond the workplace. Festive visual elements, entertainment, music, and employee participation came together to create an atmosphere centred on joy, togetherness, and the shared energy of the Christmas season.

Highlights & Experience

The campus celebration featured a festive environment brought to life through Christmas-themed production, visual experiences, music, cultural entertainment, and moments designed for employees to celebrate together. The programme created a lively year-end atmosphere while maintaining the scale and production quality expected from a major corporate employee celebration.

From the festive ambience and entertainment to the collective participation of employees across the campus, the celebration was designed around the emotional character of Christmas rather than a conventional corporate programme. The event created opportunities for colleagues to connect, celebrate, capture memories, and experience the organisation's culture in a more informal and festive setting.

Our Role at the Event

Showrider Entertainment supported UST's Christmas celebration as an event production partner, translating the festive brief into an organised campus experience through production planning, creative coordination, technical execution, entertainment support, and on-ground event management.

The production approach focused on maintaining the warmth and spontaneity of a Christmas celebration while ensuring the operational aspects remained seamless behind the scenes.
